drhakanbulam.com (the “Site”) provides information about treatments performed by Op. Dr. M. Hakan Bulam and receives appointment and pre-consultation requests. This policy summarizes how your privacy is protected when you use the Site. The purposes for which personal data is processed, the recipients of transfers and your rights are detailed in the Privacy notice under KVKK.

1. Health information

The content on the Site is for information purposes and does not replace an examination or diagnosis. The treatment and technique suitable for you are determined during your examination by Dr. Bulam.

2. Forms

The appointment and pre-consultation forms ask only for information needed for your request: full name and phone number are required; all other fields are optional. The information you submit is sent to the clinic by email and used only to contact you.

3. AI assistant

  • The AI assistant answers your questions based on Dr. Bulam's texts on the Site; it does not diagnose, recommend medication or provide prices.
  • Your messages and uploaded files are transmitted to the artificial intelligence service provider (Anthropic) to generate a response.
  • Chat records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
  • We recommend that you do not enter information such as an identity number or full address, or more health information than necessary, in the chat. The short form in the chat is sufficient to request an appointment.

4. Photographs

Photographs you send through WhatsApp, email or the AI assistant are used only for assessment and are not published anywhere without your permission. Under health legislation, the Site does not display patient photographs, before-and-after images or patient reviews.

5. Third-party services

  • The map (Google) and videos (YouTube) load when you approach that section of the page or play a video.
  • When you click a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.
  • The cookies used by these services are listed in the Cookie policy.

6. Security

The connection to the Site is encrypted using SSL. IP addresses are not stored in plain form in chat records; forms and chat are protected against misuse by rate limiting.

7. Changes

This policy is updated when necessary; the current version is always published on this page.
