An International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health is required to provide care to patients from abroad. The Ministry issues this certificate to private medical practices that meet its criteria. Dr. Hakan Bulam’s practice holds this certificate and is audited annually to check that it continues to meet the criteria.
